This notice explains how Net Cricket (“we”, “us”) collects and uses your information when you use Net Cricket (the “App” and related websites). It also covers our use of cookies and your choices under UK/EU GDPR.
We may use trusted processors (hosting, email, analytics). They only process data on our instructions. We don’t sell your personal data.
Account data is kept while your account is active. Support/feedback records and logs are retained for a reasonable period for troubleshooting and compliance.
Where data is processed outside the UK/EU, we rely on approved safeguards (e.g., SCCs).
You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection where applicable. Contact us at support@netcricket.co.uk. You can also complain to your local supervisory authority (e.g., ICO in the UK).
We currently use essential cookies only — for sign-in, security, and one-time messages. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies at this time. If we introduce optional cookies in the future, we’ll request consent first and update this page.
