These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Net Cricket mobile app and this website, provided by Net Cricket (“we”, “us”, or “our”). They are split into two parts: the mobile app and the website. By using the App or this website, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

Part A — Net Cricket mobile app

The following applies when you use the Net Cricket app on your phone or tablet.

A1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use the App. If you are under 18, you represent that you have consent from a parent or legal guardian. You may use the App only in compliance with applicable laws.

A2. Licence and use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App for personal, non-commercial use. The App stores your data locally on your device; no account is required to use core features.

A3. In-app purchases

Some features (e.g. Remove ads) are available via in-app purchase through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. Prices are shown at the point of purchase. Purchases are processed by the relevant store; refunds are subject to store policies and applicable law.

A4. Acceptable use

When using the App, you agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the App’s source code.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or compromise the App’s operation or security.
• Use the App for any unlawful or harmful purpose.

A5. Intellectual property

The App, including its software, design, text, images, logos and trademarks, is owned by or licensed to us. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App.

A6. Third-party services

The App may use third-party services (e.g. Google AdMob for ads, app stores for purchases). Your use of those services is governed by their terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.

A7. Disclaimers

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

A8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to use the App in the 12 months before the claim (or £0 if you have not made any payments).

A9. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may discontinue or modify the App at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive (e.g. disclaimers, liability, intellectual property) will continue to apply.

Part B — Net Cricket website

The following applies when you visit this website.

B1. Use of the website

This website provides information about the Net Cricket app and includes a feedback form. You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with its operation or security.

B2. Feedback and submissions

If you submit feedback or other content via the website, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, store, and process that content for support and improvement. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to submit any content and that it does not violate these Terms or any third-party rights.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles. Courts in England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or our services.
