These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Net Cricket (the “App”) and related websites and services provided by Net Cricket (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy & Cookies. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use the App. If you are under 18, you represent that you have consent from a parent or legal guardian. You may use the App only in compliance with applicable laws.

2. Accounts & Security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or suspected breach.

3. Subscriptions, Payments & Trials (if applicable)

Some features may require a paid plan or in-app purchase. Prices, features and billing cycles will be presented at the point of purchase. Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time via your account settings or app store. Paid fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

4. Acceptable Use

When using the App, you agree not to:

• Violate laws or regulations.
• Upload, share or store unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
• Reverse engineer, interfere with, or disrupt the App or its security.
• Misrepresent your identity or impersonate others.
• Use the App to send spam or automated messages.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit to the App (“User Content”). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, display and otherwise use your User Content as needed to operate and improve the App. You are responsible for your User Content and for ensuring you have the rights to share it.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including software, design, text, images, logos and trademarks, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell or lease any part of the App.

7. Third-Party Services

The App may link to or integrate with third-party services. We are not responsible for those services and your use of them is governed by their terms and policies.

8. Disclaimers

The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to use the App in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim (or £0 if you have not made any payments).

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Net Cricket and its officers, directors, employees and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the App. You may stop using the App at any time. Sections intended to survive termination will continue to apply.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles. Courts in England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice (for example, by email or in-app). Your continued use of the App after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance.
